Polk RC80i speakers can be installed in 3 easy steps. After cutting a hole in the wall or ceiling, the wires should be fed through and the speakers can be safely dropped into position. Rotating cams secure the speakers without any hassle or mess. In addition, the speakers feature superior composite drive baskets that maintain moving parts in rigid alignment.
The Polk RC80i speakers are equipped with one eight inch Dynamic Balance with mineral filled polymer-composite cone. The rubber surround is durable and provides superior performance for years to come. The speakers are also equipped with once-inch ring-radiator tweeter with a 15 degree swivel mount. The swivel mounted speakers are amiable to deliver high frequency control that provides acoustic sound and clarity in any listening position, including off-axis listening positions.
Polk RC80i Speakers have a wide-dispersion design that ensures full bodied sound in large rooms. The speakers are also equipped with a wall distance toggle switch that flattens frequency response for installation in a corner or near an adjoining wall.
